Adoption fair this weekend (June 30 - July 1)

SVFF will be having an adoption fair on Saturday and Sunday, June 30 & July 1 2007, at the Petsmart at 607 Coleman Ave in San Jose, located just west of the Guadalupe Parkway (Rte 87). We'll be there from 1 to 5. Come see our kitties and meet us!

Pet Food Recall

Most of you have already heard about this, but for those that haven't, here it is. This affects many brands of cat and dog food. If you have cats or dogs, read this and check to determine if you have affected food.

A number of foods are being recalled because animals are getting sick and dying; kidney failure is the most prevalent problem and they are not sure what is causing it yet.

Adoption fair rescheduled this weekend

The SVFF/IBOKR adoption fair at Pet Food Express in Los Gatos scheduled for today (Saturday 18 February) has been moved to Sunday the 19th. If you were planning to head down there today, all is not lost. Humanity for Cats will be there today. Please visit them and see the cats they have for adoption.

SVFF at South Bay TICA Cat Show Feb 4 & 5

The South Bay Cat Club (TICA) is having a show on the weekend of February 4th and 5th. It's at the Biltmore Hotel in Santa Clara, near the intersection of the Montague Expressway and Highway 101.

In addition, we will have our usual adoption fairs:

Saturday February 18th: Pet Food Express in Los Gatos
Saturday February 25th: Pet Club in San Jose
